Yes and no. Nike, Disney, etc. are very militant about their logos and characters. You might be under their radar, but you could get a cease and desist order from them if they find out. Case in point is a lady in Florida that got sued by Disney for painting Disney characters on her daycare walls. Regardless, make sure you advertise that you are not associated with Nike and that your products are your own interpretation of the logo. Logos generally don’t have sufficient originality to have copyright protection.
